Luma Los Angeles is currently accepting speculative applications for an Executive Producer, Short Form.
The Executive Producer (Short Form) is a senior role within Luma, working closely with our Features EP and reporting directly to the CEO. The role has both internal and external responsibilities. Externally, the role is client facing, requiring the EP to identify and acquire the appropriate work from both existing and new clients with a focus on short form, commercials and gaming cinematics. The EP will need to be confident in articulating the Luma message and will need to work with the Executive team and Marketing department to garner interest and secure projects for our in-house artists. The EP will need to be a strong negotiator with a focus on pitching and acquiring work in conjunction with our VFX Sups and Creative Director.
The EP manages our direct client relationships, is the key client contact and is the escalation point responsible for the overall production budget, and project profitability.
The EP is responsible for assessing and bidding potential projects with support from internal team and creative leads.
The EP is responsible for making sure producers within their team are keeping projects on budget and running smoothly jumping in where possible, but not necessarily dealing with the day to day.
